The history of the manor.

A map dated 1878, shows Llan y Llan (now known as Langland Bay Manor), together with numerous coach houses and outbuildings that eventually formed the Langland Bay Hotel. The original building was the summer residence of the Crawshay family (19th Century Merthyr Tydfil Ironmasters). The location is quite arguably one of the premier sites situated in Swansea West.
